oinp.org is a free, unofficial OINP points calculator provided as a courtesy by PS Consulter. It is built to need as little information about you as possible. This page lists everything it collects, why, who else handles it, and how long it is kept.
In short
There are no accounts, no ads, no advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing. You can use every page and tool without giving your name or email.
Your calculator answers
The answers you enter in the calculator are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to oinp.org. You can remove them with the calculator’s reset button or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
If you create a share link, your answers are written into the link itself. Anyone you give the link to can see them; nothing is stored on a server.
Community scores (optional)
If you choose to share your score on the draws page chart, these items are stored: the score, the pathway, the scoring grid version, the day, and a one-way hash of a random ID created in your browser. The hash only lets you update your own entry instead of adding a second one. Your name, email and IP address are not stored with it.
A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs when you share, to keep out bots. Shared scores are shown only as totals in the chart and are deleted automatically after 365 days. Because an entry cannot be linked back to you, a single entry cannot be found and removed on request; it expires on that schedule.
AI assistant tools
AI assistants that connect to https://oinp.org/mcp send only the details needed for the tool they call, such as an occupation’s TEER category, a wage, language test scores or a region. Those details are used to calculate the answer and are not stored. There is no sign-in, and oinp.org never sees your conversation with the assistant.
The company that runs your AI assistant handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
Visit statistics
Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and reports only totals, such as page views by country and device type.
Hosting and service providers
The site, the community scores and the AI tools run on Cloudflare, which also provides the Turnstile bot check and the visit statistics. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP addresses and browser type, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. No other company receives data from this site.
If you write to hello@oinp.org, your email address and message are used only to reply to you and are kept only as long as that conversation needs them.
Your choices and contact
You can clear your saved answers at any time, use the calculator without sharing a score, and use the site without contacting anyone. For questions about this policy or a request about your information, email hello@oinp.org.
