Education table corrected: doctorate added to the top band
A reader pointed out that our top education row omitted doctorates. The official band is "Doctorate or degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry", worth 10 points, and the calculator now says so. PhD holders who previously picked "Master's degree" were shown 2 points too few. We also split the college/CEGEP and apprenticeship rows to match the official wording; their point values are unchanged.
