oinp.org exists so applicants can estimate their Ontario Workforce Priority Stream score before Ontario's Expression of Interest registration opens. This page explains who builds the site, how the scores are calculated, and which official sources the numbers come from.

Who runs this site?

oinp.org is a free tool provided as a courtesy by PS Consulter (psconsulter.com). It costs nothing, shows no ads, and stores your answers only in your own browser.

How is my score calculated?

Every score on this site is computed from the officially published Ontario Workforce Priority Stream scoring factors. The calculator uses scoring grid version 2026-07-20, and this site is updated whenever ontario.ca changes the published factors.

Where does the information on this site come from?

• IRCC's language equivalency charts for converting test results to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels.

Is this an official government tool?
